ntil the RWAChange website goes live, I will host the proxy forms, granting Kristen Painter a proxy for the July 16, 2009 AGM at RWA Nationals in Washington, DC here. This effort to collect proxies is done in compliance with RWA Bylaws section 9.1.7(b), but is not endorsed by either RWA or the RWA Board.

There are two ways to grant Kristen Painter your proxy:

Method #1 Fill out RWA's proxy form.

1. Download it from RWA's website: here (login may be required).
2. Print "Proxy Form B". (Proxy Form A gives your proxy to Diane Pershing.)
3. In the first blank line, under "I hereby revoke any previous proxies I have given with respect to the meeting described above, and I hereby appoint Name and RWA Membership #:" fill in with "Kristen Painter, RWA #52211." Please check and double check that you have spelled her name precisely as indicated here, and that you have correctly filled in her member number.
4. Fill out the rest of the proxy form. Make sure that you include your name and address precisely as they are listed on RWA's rolls. If you are in any doubt, please login to RWA's website and check.
5. Either mail the form to Kristen Painter, 4626 Merlot Drive, Rockledge, FL 32955, or scan it in and e-mail it to proxycollector@gmail.com.

Method #2 Fill out RWA's proxy form, with Kristen Painter's information pre-populated:

1. Download Proxy Form B with Kristen Painter's information: here.
2. Print it.
3. Fill out the rest of the proxy form. Make sure that you include your name and address precisely as they are listed on RWA's rolls. If you are in any doubt, please login to RWA's website and check.
4. Either mail the form to Kristen Painter, 4626 Merlot Drive, Rockledge, FL 32955, or scan it in and e-mail it to proxycollector@gmail.com.
