Driving Directions

n case the heroine in your Regency-set historical ever needs to take a short trip, here are driving directions from New York, NY to London.
Yes, that’s what I said. New York to London. Driving. Admittedly, some of the map conditions might have changed in the two intervening centuries, but the crucial step 23 is probably the same.

Hee. My fiancĂ© just sent me a similar link. Step 32 said “Swim the Atlantic Ocean–3,241 miles” or something like that. Har har! Gotta love Google maps!
I found your comment on Sherry Thomas’s blog and went to your Web site from there. Then read your story about the orange-haired countess and the grouchy one-legged dancer, and loved it. Can’t wait till you’re published and I can read the whole novel!

Hi Catherine! Thanks for stopping by. At some point, I’ll write the whole story of the orange-haired countess. Actually, she’s not a Countess–that was rather demanded by FanLit’s story. And he’s definitely not an Earl.
But that point is not now, and not yet! Hopefully you’ll be able to read some other stories first.

LMAO! Thanks for the chuckle. And here I am stuck in my Regency set historical, but not having problems with maps… my characters won’t cooperate

Just saw the comment on the BB - are you done?! Are you really and truly done?! Congrats! I’m taking you out for drinks! And Eve! (No, this is not just a ploy to get my hands on that ARC… well, maybe a little.)

No no–not done yet–but done with the hardest part.
