Wet Noodle Posse takes on the Golden Heart
Posted by CM under Romancery on Tue 2 Oct 2007
heck this out:
The Wet Noodle Posse–they would be the Golden Heart finalists from 2003–are not only posting Golden Heart advice all month, they’re also giving critiques away to commenters.
And if the commenter mentions being referred, they’ll give a critique to the person who referred them. Pretty cool, isn’t it?

You know it. I’ll be sure to drop your…um.. initials.
Ok, I’ll mention your pen name. How do you spell the M part?

Alice,
You can spell my name “PT.” The P is silent, and the T is pronounced like “see-em.”

Very Cool. I’ll check it out and say you referred me.
Thanks!

Ha ha, India. I told them you referred me. I don’t remember how I found out about it–and I figured, hm, who do I want to pimp?

I posted and dropped your initials as well!
Unfortunately, it looks as though I’m not even eligible to enter the GH any more. I’m checking with RWA, but from what I’ve been told, it doesn’t look good.
I wasn’t really ready to enter this year, anyway, but I might have wanted to do it next year. But unless they clarify the rules regarding pubbed versus unpubbed status in my favor, I guess I won’t be!
But good luck to all youse ladies. I seriously expect to see LOTS of “our” book as finalists.

Good luck ladies. I don’t have anything to enter this year, but I’ll be rooting for all of you!

Thanks for the good luck wishes, Jacqueline and Ericka. I’m sorry you won’t be joining me, but like you, I’d like to see lots of FanLitters in the finals!

Courtney,
Thanks so much for posting this about the Wet Noodle Posse! I’ve entered the GH, too and feel totally out of my element, so this information is definitely useful.
I’ll drop your name as well, if I can figure out where to do it.
