t his site was designed by Courtney Milan. It incorporates graphics that were made, in part, by her, and based, in part, on graphics licensed from iStockPhoto.

The site design itself--that is, the text of the file "threecol2.css" was modified from Free CSS Templates, at http://www.freecsstemplates.org. It is released under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5.

I, obviously, can't give you rights to the graphics as I don't completely own them myself. As to the graphics, you can obviously view them on the webpage and make cache copies of the browser. You can't download them for personal use or otherwise distribute them. Sorry; they're not mine to give away!

The blog template is currently based on Connections Reloaded by Ajay D'Souza, and there have really only been a few minor changes made to colors & graphics to make it look like it's part of my website.

Finally, the text on this site is subject to various copyrights. With the exception of files labeled "Articles" and the blog posts on this site, I reserve all copyrights. You have a limited license to view these files in your web browser, but you may not do anything else with it.

I don't reserve all my rights with respect to the articles and blog posts on this site. In addition to having license to view those files on your webbrowser, I also grant you license to save copies to your hard drive, print them and retain the hard copies, and e-mail them in text to your friends. You can even save them on CDs. You may not make any derivative works. This limited license is valid only so long as you include a link to the page that you are copying, and attribute me as the author. What you cannot do is sell them for any form of valuable consideration. Nor may you distribute them on your own website. And yes, that last reason is why I'm not licensing it under CC-BY-NC-ND.

If I haven't given you explicit permission to do something with the article, assume that you don't have the permission, and send me an e-mail. I'm pretty reasonable, so don't freak out!
